Information submitted through the embedded Google Forms is collected and stored in Vantris Group's private Google Workspace to assess and respond to trade enquiries. Vantris does not sell enquiry data and does not send an automatic response receipt. Enquiries are retained for 12 months unless they become part of an active business relationship or another approved record-keeping requirement applies.
